Does anyone here generate real, real estate leads? Meaning real home buyers whether it's through G, FB, CL, any where we can instantly get leads from? I'm currently only getting 1 lead out of maybe $20 worth of G ads, and that isn't very good.

Can anyone help generate leads for less? I'm looking for someone with experience that has done this before not someone that wants to give it a shot, so please let me know if you can help us generate leads for $10 or less.

$10 per lead? For people looking to buy homes? I can probably do this but your rates are missing some zeros
 
I can do this myself for $15/lead so I don't know what you're talking about...not to mention the big guys only pay $5-7 per lead. Home buyer leads aren't as valuable as you think, maybe home seller leads not home buyers though.

We able to generate leads from Crai**list, housing section so if u want then add me on skype :: satrading777.islam hope we can do better which u need.

Hi There richie311,

I am currently running several campaigns on G and B for RE leads. Just so you know, our CPA is about $10 on G and $4 on B. I have been trying to improve our conversion rate which is a solid %12 on G and %16 on B. I have only been in the niche for about 4 months but these are the numbers I have seen consistently. Looking for cheaper CPAs in RE I dont see happening unless you buy them from other sources, or actually get some organic traffic. your not far off from what you have said and I dont see G being any cheaper down the road.

All I can suggest is that you leverage all the leads you have generated in the past and really develop the relationship for referals. That would be the best way to get cheaper CPAs, referrals. Especially if you have a DB that is a few years old. You could reach out and see how they are doing, if they are thinking about an upgrade or if they know anyone else that needs help looking for a place.

internet 0-48h: semi and exclusive = purchase / refi / foreclosure leads $25 - $15 each, location, ltv, home value
live transfer: $65 mortgage / $85 foreclosure / $ 75 credit repair, additional filters extra
min spent $500
 
Can any of you generate roofing leads? If anyone can I am ready yesterday!! PM Me. I had a lead company that wanted to make a website for me but I already have a site I built and like being in control of my own stuff. I also heard bad things about companies trying to do that sorta thing.

I have tried working with this Golam Zaman guy on two different occasions. Unfortunately, he ultimately ended up being dishonest, and acting very unprofessional, even tried getting personal. Not exactly why I would hire somebody from a 3rd world country, I can get plenty of that in the USA.

I recently found these guys - they not only help you generate real real estate leads (people in your area, already looking to buy or sell homes) they also help you manage them. They have a pretty incredible program available! I've learned a LOT so far, and I just finished the tutorial... these guys have years of internet marketing experience and help you design your own campaigns, then they 'tweak' them to make sure you get the most bang for your buck - see if they can help you too!
