Real estate courses for agents

I see many ads in my country (Europe) targeting real estate agencies to help them find more properties to sell. Any body know how they do it? ç

My guess it is a combination of scraping real state portals and contacting the sellers in bulk with AI or something similar.

Anybody has experience in finding real estate clients?
