Real estate banners???

I keep seeing this franchise "Homevestors" banners all over the internet sites. Shit how do they do it? They are getting major exposure. Honestly can I get some advice here. These people buy and flip real estate and sell there franchises

They are probably using Google AdWords' "remarketing" feature. Basically, if you have visited there web site once they pay Google to show you their ads on other sites you visit until you either convert on their site or the remarketing campaign expires. Anyone with enough money can do it.

From what I hear Homevestors spends money hand over fist. And they should, last time I looked into them they wanted a $50,000 franchise fee, and they really don't offer anything in return except for the privilege to use their name.
