So, I tested a couple of proxies and one has BST here as well (not gonna say the name). All of those companies sells private proxies for very cheap like $1 or max $1.2

I tested some proxies and as I visited google.com I was visited with bot verification. So, we can assume that those are not actual private proxies or they are shared with more than one customer?

Which proxy provider would you recommend based on experience? Need for google ads.

they could be private but had been botted heavily in the past, and many providers sell overused proxy
I made my own, but it cost more than many providers sold

Just because they are blocked on a particular domain doesn't mean that they are shared. It simply means that these proxies have been used before on that platform.

You should never expect an IP address from a proxy provider that has never been used before.

However, there is one thing you can do to get working proxies for a particular platform: get virgin proxies for that platform (these are proxies never used before on that platform, hence virgin, hence clean IP).

But if a provider doesn't actually sell proxies for the platform on which you want to use their proxies, then it's best to contact them and actually ask them if they can allocate working proxies for platform X or Y.
