In the past I have seen how scared people has become when it comes to massive linkbuilding which I think is really funny.
To me it seems like google has actually been able to scare the shit out of people for doing huge spam and are now target "high quality whitehat bullshit" instead.
I don't claim that whitehat seo doesn't work but do you really think that you will hit #1 by doing that type of seo?
And why does people even care about what google says? From my experience I have been able to achieve great results only when I have gone toward what they say.

So just a wake up call for you guys, if you wanna sit back, rank on the second page and don't make a shit than keep doing your manual / whitehat bullshit.

And a message for those of you who are providing SEO services, keep up your good work but also open some threads with something more unique!

BHW needs even more powerful linkbuilding services, im talking about massive, multi-tier linkbuilding services.
Not a few a hundred quality backlinks for the first tier and few thousands for the second tier, but thousands for the first and hundreds of thousands for the lower tiers.

Good thought, any direct experiences with ranking through mass spam?

Just a wake up call for you sunny jim You can now rank your sites with less links than you will ever imagine. Why risk and send masses of links when you don't have to? It makes no sense.

Yes, I do and can and have multiple times. And they sit out there, one for 5 years now, sucking in money. Very little maintenance and haven't built links to them in years.

That is what keyword research is for.

The real blackhatters are the ones who use enough blackhat to hit #1 but also manage to stay under the radar as long as possible.

Hundreds of thousands of links does one without the other.

Real blackhatters will do anything for a few back links, even if it means bending over and taking it.

Yes of course you can, but let me guess. you're targeting a low competition shit niche making $10-50/day... lol you're cool, keep doing your stuff. Ultra competition is not something for you.

Lets make it clear : by doing manual high quality bullshit you will rank somewhere, maybe rank very high too. But if the competition is hard you will never see the first page unless you go really hard with the linkbuilding.

Lol. I think OP is right but only to a certain extent. I had a site that hit #1 and #2 making $300 a day that had over 5,000 backlinks to tier 1, and over 10,000 backlinks to tier 2 so I understand what he means especially as far as medium high, high competition goes. Its going to take more than 5 backlinks to rank at the top and stay there. BUT, I agree it wont take hundreds of thousands unless your going for CRAZY competitive niches but to be honest, I wouldn't even go for those nowadays as google is QUICK to hand out penalties now. Better to go in medium competition, dominate and scale. Extremely high competition niches now, is like playing the lotto, you may win, but most likely you wont...

hahah CEOSAAM, very good reply! But there is a few things that I don't agree on. Google might be quick to hand out penalties but that's not something I have experienced, I have done massive linkbuilding and even threw in huge amount of sape links and never saw a sign of penalty.
I would say ultra competition is more like poker, not lotto. You play your cards right, you win.

I have made some huge money in some great terms beating out sites that have millions of links with less than 1k referring domains. My straight up spam sites have never lasted a full year.
