Hi there, When I search "Free TikTok followers" and other similar keywords and set the FILTER to show results from the past 24 hours only

These domains pops up and when you click it will redirect you multiple time and your destination will be a Porn site most of the time

Anyone have any idea what they are doing? and how to do it?

P.S: They are ranking for a ton of other keywords
