Real BHW benefit

So as my title already declare "newbie" been here for approx. A month noticed something, BHW is a immense forum, so much happening every minute in "what's new" section but you go there you find people saying "how to make this, how to make that, how to get ranked first in google,..." you click on the thread you find shallow answers mostly ai generated no real exchanges between people you read all replies but come out with nothing. My real question is this :
How to benefit from this forum or any forum in general ?
Why does senior or "experienced " members aren't implicated in the forum ?
