Lookout for the biggest online travelcompany in italy with an affiliateprogram based on cookies and post one link daily. See if you get some results (may take up to 30 days (usual cookielifespan)

With fan pages you can only hope to hit around 10% of fans, Facebook have a limit on how far your post will go to your fans, so not all of them would see it!
Personally i would promote offers towards the niche, Like go to your local travel companies and try and affiliate some of there stuff.

I tried with Groupon Travel affiliation but i've only 10$/mounth :-(((
The most part of italian affiliation do not accept facebook posting of the links. In italy we haven't clickbank or something like it.
What kind of company do u suggest me for PPC, PPV, etc etc...
I know only AdSense.

I have a similar situation, fan page w/ 40k fans targeted towards specific niche in fashion. It continues to grow organically. Any suggestions on how to monetize?

If you don't know how to monetize it sadly you may not be smart enough to do it.
CREATE A WEBSITE OR BLOG!!! Any other form you will get your page banned.
Don't think your going to easily do this without any work done.
