Ready up and running movie streaming website with data base + custom built website template

I am looking for someone who can create a movie streaming website with working movies and tv series (updated with new movies + tv series) and a website template. I have already owned and operated one but I want another one built differently. With website template I mean a custom built website on my design needs.
