Ready To Monetize but...

I currently have an account that has been growing for some time now, i also have a landing page in which is finished and ready to be promoted. Before going through with this process i started to come across a little problem, many instagram users were starting to contact me about using there photos and asked if i could credit them, i had no problem doing so. Most of my post are "top post" for popular hashtags and many people see them, i dont use my own photos, i usually scrape from google, or even scrape from other users photos and shout them out. Now my question is how do i go about growing this account even more with a monetized page (seo+affiliate) using other users photos?? i want to be "legit" as possible and dont want any future problems when im seeing currency.
