Ready to bust my ass with the 7878 method

Hey guys, so I actually gave the 7878 method a try a years ago, got two call backs on 15 packages. Made one appointment, didn't close it because I really had no idea what I was doing. My prices were way off, etc. But since then I have learned a lot more and am ready to get to work.

I have a few questions/issues however and I hope that someone can help me out.

First off, I work 7-3 M-F as an electrician in training, which takes a huge chunk out of the time that I am available during regular business hours. I have nights and weekends to put into this, but I know that my job may get in the way a bit. Should I be up front with potential clients about this? Or will me telling them I have a work schedule deter them?

Secondly, can I go about this just working as an individual? Or is it imperative that I am set up as a business?

I am fairly certain I have all the other steps of this together and am putting it to action I get back from Vegas next week. (Wooo!)

If any other offliners or more specifically anyone doing this specific method have pointers they are all welcome and greatly appreciated!

My goal is to close a minimum of three clients a month on 12 month contracts, and upset them on social media and other after a month or two when the reviews come in.
