How can I read what that is? Is that possible?

Well, you cant really see the person who gave you rep, but a comment the person dropped

When I click Give Rep Button, and Select Approve and Submit, You get +1 and If i choose dissapprove, you get -1!!

You get another Green Blob when you reach 100, and it keep on increasing until a limit (not sure how much it is)!!

Check your Profile, and You can see it is written Juliomedina is on distinguished road. with reps, it changes to Juliomedina will be famous soon, Juliomedina is a jewel so and so on
