Reaching Wealthy-ish College Kids?

Like the title implies, for my blog I'm trying to reach a wealthier group of college kids. I'm wondering where I can go just to get a small group of real traffic? Like my blog isn't content driven but service driven and I just kinda need to drum up some new sales but I have no idea of any forums or anywhere that I could go to get into that kinda crowd.

Thanks in advance and sorry for the low post count but I never feel informed enough to comment on much around here, I mostly just peruse.

Have you tried searching for college newspapers? Most of them have a classified ads section, so if you search up the higher-end institutions, I'm sure you'll find the target market that you're looking for.
 
That's actually a good idea, I didn't even think of that! Are there a lot of college papers available online? Not that it particularly matters, because I'm more than certain I'll be able to find soooome college somewhere but still.

Try entering facebook groups of fancy universities or maybe a group where they sell luxury goods.

Goodluck! Targetting wealthy people is always a good idea.
 
How about Instagram? A lot of rich kids spend their time on Instagram.
 
get in the fb groups and try and target the super rich places, plenty of cream there
 
Right, I could do that but the sketchy but is making a new fb that just joined and looks fake. But using fb I could find other places that they go, good plan.
 
It's tough to get in through ig, private messaging is meh.
 
Any ideas of a good system of finding the groups? What I'm doing is kinda frowned upon so it may not be best to hang around a page watched by the university itself.
 
Going into Facebook groups aimed at college students or even placing an advert in the ads section of college magazines or papers would get you some kind of exposure.
 
I would have to say that since everything is done online there has to be a great deal of online college newspapers. target them but I also like the idea of targeting the facebook groups.
 
Like many have pointed out already here. College newspapers, joining a college FB group and that sort of thing. Aside from that if you want to give FB Ads a go, you should be able to get some laser targeting by using the interests filter during the setup of your ad, target people with interests for luxurious things or what rich college kids would most of the time be interested in. Target private universities and stay away from state universities as well as community colleges. Paupers are more likely to congregate at universities with lower tuition costs and little to no entrance requirements.

Holy cow, as rude and generalizing as this sounds, I think this is actually a good bit of advice that I have overlooked. Perhaps looking at college students at private universities would be the kinda low-key crowd that I'm searching for.

You could also try to target the FB pages set up for the different greek organizations at a handful of universities. From my experience, there's larger numbers of well-off students within the greek system, than outside of it.
 
Good point, gotta get those Sororities and Fraternities. So should I start a new FB account and populate it, how long should I wait before going onto pages so that it looks like I'm a legitimate person.
