Who sells mobile proxies for $10-$15 monthly?

How many gig would last a month with all the videos you would upload or view even if you are an average user.
 
I've also bought a USA sim card and used it on the factory reset old iPhone X, but had no success.
The views I'm getting are from my country, I've also bought a CPB account.

Could someone recommend proxies and how to properly use them on an older iPhone.
My apple ID is also US.

Although the process is almost clean, if the SIM card has no data, TikTok will still take the Wi Fi IP and reveal the original address. Using the original TikTok app and not spoofing the GPS/IP/sensor fully, TikTok will know you are outside the US. Uploading videos via a browser or with the wrong flow will cause suspicion

Yeah bro @amr00t , those $10–15 proxies are usually shared or capped. For light use, 20–30GB/month might work, but with videos you’ll hit 50GB+ easy. If you're running serious stuff, stable mobile proxies are worth it — that’s what we use in proper agency setups. Less risk, better delivery, smoother scaling.
