Long time lurker and first time poster here. I'm in a pretty serious bind at work and am looking for any help possible. I work for a company that has a mailing list around 500,000. The list has been cleared of hard bounces and spam traps.

The 500,000 are all double opt ins and clients of ours. About 30% of them have gmail addresses and all of our emails to them are filtered into SPAM. We are sending through dedicated IP addresses and still having issues. It doesn't seem to matter if we change the IP or domain we are sending from we are still having the problem. We have now segmented any of the non engaged gmail addresses out of our sends, but the problem is due the fact that our emails are going into gmail SPAM our new clients are even able to become engaged. We only have this problem with gmail and I really need help solving this problem. Our ESP SMTP.com does not seem to be able to find a solution.

Anyone know the best steps to correct this issue or an consultants I could contact for an answer.

Thanks everyone.

Why you dont't use services which are made for such things? ex freshmail
IP is not the only one to check, the main things is also mx records, txt, spf etc

Send grid I have heard good things about.

Try AmazonSES. Its what I use for all of my internal-mailings to clients (Sign-ups, password requests, etc.)

The problem I ran into with Amazon SES is that they don't offer dedicated IP addresses and since their sending restrictions are nominal their IP pool is littered with blacklisted IP addresses.

I have been speaking with Sendgrid actually. We currently use a handful of ESPs, mainly SMTP.com, and we funnel them all through Ongage. This allows me to switch between ESPs depending on the send. What have you heard about Sendgrid that you like?

Our mx records and SPF are fully authenticated and our emails receive a 10/10 on mail-tester.com . We use Ongage and manage our ESPs through them. What about freshmail would be able to help us?
