Anyone else noticed their reach is way down after an apparent algorithm update?

I’ve spoken to quite a few people who are saying the same thing.

Accounts that would usually get 50k+ views a reel are now struggling to get 10.

It’s the name of the game and you’ve always got to adapt, but it’s interesting to see what sort of content is now favoured by the algorithm

Those spamming with multiple accounts and taking precautions mist be suffering because of this.

i noticed it, whenever this happens to me i start posting reactions to trendy videos in my niche at least twice a week and it helps
 
Might be the algo favoring saves, shares, or longer engagement now. Could also be cracking down harder on recycled content.
 
It depends on what you are uploading. Many agencies with Models noticed that Instagram's' AI is checking the posts now. That being said, clear the meta data and hash and the profile should be safer.
 
I’ve noticed the drop too. Seems like the algo’s shifting again—maybe pushing more original or longer content?
 
It seems like they have changed the Algorithm, Keep Posting and it will work.
 
This issue happens since a lot of years, whenever they make an update a lot of accounts get hit on their reach, and a lot of accounts have some unexplained increase reach too, so its a matter of luck and timing.

Though my suggestion is keep posting consistently and after sometime things will get back to normal.

Were you using multiple accounts ?
 
create and buld a new ig account
have many accounts so you can jump to a new one once one gets shut down
