Hey, I have a bit of a problem :/
I follow NSFW content on Twitter and noticed that people posting content (usually promoting some website or Telegram) use special accounts with characteristic posts. They then publish NSFW content along with images or videos. These people post, retweet posts from other accounts, like them, and suddenly, within a few minutes, their post gets hundreds or even thousands of views. How?

I also have such accounts, tried the same method, different proxies, and nothing. My posts, while visible, don’t make it to the top.

Does anyone know how to make this work effectively?

You need to join activity groups.
 
NSFW is notoriously tricky on Twitter. While technically allowed on the platform now as long as it's properly tagged, what actually happens is pretty much same as before. Usually yeah, joining an active retweet group could solve that. Picking one is rough now. Oversaturated with low quality groups.
 
They probably have a network or paid promos to help get those early interactions to jump-start the post, keep experimenting with different strategies
 
Join networks with other people who do this and cross post

Sometimes, certain patterns trigger the algorithm, so testing different approaches might be key.
