I had a word with a guy who can verify pages so basically he knows some people working at facebook and he told me that the reach at the moment is very bad because of settings & algorithm updates! Apparently next month he said everything should be fixed

its because of your content. If you know anything about FB marketing then you know that reach dropped from 16% to 1% and it only gets higher if your content is likes shared and commented.
answer to all your questions is get good content and post what your fans want to read see share etc or PAY FOR IT simple

Now i can see in statistic new info - in posts now you can see how many people unlike your page, mark post as spam, hide your post or hide all post. To today i never saw numbers in this. But now i can see stats here

FB changed something in their algorithm. It's not longer a "fair" algo: they're probably considering some metric($$?) when dividing views for posts. If you "boost" a post it instantly goes back to older reach numbers...I guess you must pay to "release" the lock on newer posts?
