Re-use PBN domains?

So I've been scraping for expired domains and I've actually found some with pretty good backlink profile but the problem is:

1. One of the domains has already been used as a PBN and expired (What should I do with this one?)

2. One of the domains has amazing backlink profile(Like 30 articles on a big news website and others), no spammy links, and no Chinese links but has been used as a Chinese site. (What should I do with this one?)

1. 80% of the domains that you will go through were already used as PBN or used as something worse. Especially if you only check Archive.org. Avoid it. If it's still indexed, use at your own risk, but otherwise, instant trash bin.
2. Same for this one.

Questions about domains like the first one you mention seem to come up a lot, and I don't understand why. Some other seo actually owned this domain, had better data than you do, and decided it wasn't worth the $10 to renew it. Doesn't that raise some serious red flags for you?
 
Stop wasting your time and move on.

If you don't have a good method to find PBN domains i highly suggest you purchase them from the marketplace.

@Nargil sells pretty good PBN's you should look at his sales thread.
 
Once I've bought a domain used befor for pbn and it was OK, but its better to avoid them. Actually only 20-30% of expiered domains give a real juice. But sometimes just one domain can change everything and You will get great jump in positions.
 
Don't use both of them because mostly, domains that were used as PBN might have been abused and got penalized before. Same with those that have been used as a Chinese site.
