re-theming expired domains

    hello,
    Will you please share some of the important points to take care when doing Re-theme of any different niche of an expired domain?
    If I find good domain with the same niche but different languaje, can I have problems with goo g l e for change languaje content?.

    You really don't have to worry about the language, I think that would be way too paranoid.

    With retheming you can do a few things. You can either try to find some common ground between the previous niche and current niche OR you can find something common between the domain name and your new niche. So if your niche is dogs and the domain was previously about arts, then make a site about dogs in arts etc. OR screw that and just put a new niche on the domain without even bothering what it was about.

    There is no right or wrong approach.

    I agree with Nargil, it's about finding the logical merge between the two.

    Google understands the logics of topics, ie the context of the previous site, what the anchor text means, etc.
