Re-sizing window screws up my website

Hello..I am new to website building and Dreamweaver. Whenever I resize my browser window..my website gets screwed up. I use Photoshop to build my template..sliced the clickable buttons (twitter..facebook..Youtube) out at the bottom of the page. Saved it for web..and uploaded it into dreamweaver and this is the code that it produced. I manually added the <div align="center"> to center the website. Other than that i manually added the iframe youtube codes...the twitter and facebook widget in the upper right corner and the Ads just below the widgets (i tried to change the font color of the things that i manually added within this thread..but it didn't work well for me...user error i'm sure). Anyway If anyone can help..Plz.. www.heavyrotationtv.com

Also I know that my search box in not working....i'm still working on it

It's because your page is made of table.
You divs and CSS to create "comfrotable" web pages.
