Ok so I want to know once and for all about the text URL 'links' in signature rule.

The rules say to use links in signatures we MUST be donors:
5. SIGNATURES
You must be a member of the forum for 30 days and have 50 quality posts before you will be allowed to use a signature on
this forum. In order to use links or images in your signature, you need to be a Donor. You may post 2-3 affiliate links or 1
SMALL banner in your signature. Do not use a font size larger than 2, crazy fonts/colors, sound clips, excessive smileys, or
anything else annoying. We reserve the right to change, delete or rearrange your signature as we see fit at any time.
Does this or does this NOT mean that we can have text URL links (no html) such as "www.ourbigthing.com"
in our signatures?

I see a shit load of them in sigs of NON-donors and even noobs which
is what prompts me to ask.

I do NOT want opinions or theories but rather a DEFINITIVE ANSWER
to the question preferably from an admin or higher.

Can we or can we NOT have text (non-working) URLs in our signatures?

Does the 'link' extend to the non-working text URL?

I feel this answer will benefit BHW'rs for generations to come.

TIA .... :cool2:

On a related issue with signatures, is this or is this not considered
PM solicitation
and is against BHW Rules:

Staff doesn't seem to ever visit this board so don't waste your time.

Just look at all the threads here, not one has a reply from an admin.
