The 1st ad has better CTR, which means that more people are clicking on it, which means that your ad is interesting / catchy.
But the conversions are lower, and the costs (cost + avg CPC + Cost / Conversion) are higher, which means that the keywords are more expensive and it also means that you pay more for less conversions.
The 2nd ad has (slightly) lower (but still good) CTR. which means that people are still finding your ad interesting / catchy, which is good.
Furthermore, both the conversions and Cost / conversion metrics are better than those of ad 1...
Conclusion: ad 2 seems better for now. But this brings me to the following note....
... the number of impressions and clicks are way too low to draw conclusions. I would say that you let the ads run for longer (months, or at least weeks) so they can accrue more data, and then we will know which ad is actually better (ad 1 might blow ad 2 out of the water in the long run), so don't get stuck on this data yet, but instead work towards optimizing your campaign and getting more conversions
