Samples are important because numbers don't lie. Also, I rarely ever read or trust the reviews, since most are biased since they are left mostly by the ones that receive a discount. Negative reviews are mostly deleted as well, so don't really think reviews are that great in my opinion when I'm buying.

If the service is for native level writing - e.g. high quality guest posts - but the seller has not paid attention to grammar or spelling then its a good sign that the quality of the work will be low.

I accept that the seller might not always write the articles you buy, but they should have the BST checked.

Reviews are important, but you need to only consider those reviews written by members with experience in that area. A review from a new member with 10 post counts isn't that useful, but one from a reputed member who has contributed knowledge in the same area is more useful.

On the subject of reviews, those for PBNs that are based on one or two links are not useful at all as the sites used are probably not representative of the whole.

1. Pricing - Has to be an important factor obviously
   
   
2. Reviews.- Honest reviews are a must, especially from members I trust to give such feedback
   ( I noticed threads from 1 seller closed due to fake reviews - great job by Mods for spotting this )
   
   
3. Offerings (Value for Money) - This is important
   Pointless telling me the guest post is a DA90 if PA is 1 with zero traffic
   
   
4. Discounts - Fuck yeah, I'm from Yorkshire and we make the Jocks look carefree with money at times.
   
   
5. Ratings - Same as reviews, but mean even less to me as they can be manipulated too.
   
   
6. Review Copy - If a seller is brave enough to offer me one, I'll take it but provide me with shit and the review will say it is shit.
   
   
7. Samples - Yes these are important but MUST be recent and must also match the quality as buyer expects to receive
   
   
8. Communication (Before you buy) - Yes, I know 3 sellers who have missed out on $1400 of orders this week by not speaking on Skype.
   
   
9. Turn Around Time - Hugely important - Nothing worse than site builders especially running late then delivering half a job.
   
   
10. Thread Presentation - Spelling errors in the graphics etc is a huge negative, especially for designers and writers !!!
    
    
11. Payment Method - You want my business, you find a way to take my payment, simple.
    
    
12. Website Presence - Prefer to deal with a legit business rather than Johnny@gmail or Yandex
    
    
13. Vendor's Name - Not that important, but I prefer to know your real name. I'm David and have no need to hide that fact.
    
    
14. Sex (M/F) - Nothing to do with anything, unless you're coming onto me. If that's the case must be F.
    
    
15. Location (Country) - You could be on the Space Station for all I care, just deliver me your best work.
    However if it get's to the stage where I need to come looking for you.......
    
    
16. Profile Image - Do you mean profile photo ? Most are fake anyway.
    If you mean image as in how they act, I'd expect the seller to be professional. It's interesting seeing how sellers deal with genuine complaints on threads ( ranging from instant refunds & apologies across the spectrum to threatening Neg SEO and mass murder )
    
    
    At the end of the day, do right by me as a buyer, I will come back if I feel I get quality that is priced correctly.
    Fuck me over and we'll never do business again and I will ensure I let my network of contacts know about what happened.
