if i buy rdsl of Chicago range then all of the IP will be from Chicago or it will be from different cities?

i think it should be from Chicago only, but it is best to ask the provider itself

It should be from Chicago only, but you'll have to wait and see.

rdsl is mighty expensive.

Yes ip address Will be from Chicago only in 20 mile radius, Because max signal travel length over phone copper wire is 20 miles.
