RDSL Advice

Im starting a new RDSL service and i was wondering if anyone can give me any advice. If you are or were a customer of an RDSL service maybe some things you liked and didn't like that can be fixed. If you have a service maybe just some things to watch out for in customers or general good practices. not asking for any trade secrets just advice. Thanks

If you set up a network please let me know....i will join....i have a dsl line and computer i can contribute and we all share each others ....
