RDP | Windows Server 2012 Server Questions?

Hi Everyone,

Currently am used all Major City RDP ( USA Location ). But every month i spend Lot of Money to renewal the RDP. And also RDP server configuration is low on all provider. so i planned to buy Windows server 2012 , 16GB Ram, 8 COres Processor. But i dont know where to buy server and also I need Major city Server. Anyone recommend or Guide Me.
