RDP for Facebook

I'm trying to manage a Facebook account in the USA. My partner has a computer all set up and I need to use RDP to log in and manage the account. I've read on BHW that Facebook can detect teamviewer and other remote desktop software.

What's the safest/best way to RDP into the computer so Facebook doesn't suspect anything?

Thanks for your response Oblock!

I want to clarify the computer is already located in the USA and hooked up to a US Residential ISP so I don't think a proxy is needed. I just need the best way to RDP into the computer.

I highly, highly, highly doubt it.

Chrome runs in its own sandbox env, and it has no such deep access to the system.

What facebook could detect is virtualised hardware, so if you partner has done this setup on just any personal pc, w/o virtualization - Im pretty sure you are safe.

best way is to use teamviewer. It is safe and sound.
 
errr, rdp then? I mean just enable rdp access and log in as you log in a vps?

Yes my partner is an elderly lady so I am managing it for her lol. No virtualized hardware just a regular desktop PC. Do you recommend TeamViewer then or any other software, or direct RDP should do?

It's impossible. A site can't detect what apps you're running outside the browser, unless these apps are specifically integrated with the site (e.g. Internet Explorer and ActiveX, or the Intel driver updater).

Think about the logic of that - if you're an American and want to manage your computer remotely, FB will block your account? Not logical. If you are sceptical about third-party softwares, windows has its own built in remote access feature - you could try that too if you want.
