RAV Ads Views from SMM Panel? are they real?

RAV views means "real active views" and it would not be through Google Ads unless clearly stated. And, sometimes, even though clearly stated that it' through Google Ads, however in reality it would not be through Google Ads.
Google Ads generated views, in YouTube analytics show source as from "YouTube advertising" and that in reality let one know if the views are (were) through Google Ads or not.

ya sorry, it says from ads and not google ads. What ads are we talking about because its so cheap 4 dollars for 1000 views from france. Is it safe to use

Says as views from ads and not Google Ads : that means surely the views are not through using Google Ads.
Safe to use ? It may not be safe, as most such views will drop (disappear) in a few days (or weeks) and honestly such views would not lead to video / channel engagements (likes, comments, subscribers, etc).
So, although cheap in price, what do you get ?
And, If fake ad / bot clicks are detected, the YouTube channel loses monetization (and the right to apply to monetization).
YouTube will also look at the traffic sources more carefully when channels get to the monetization review stage.
But, please do your own research as well.

Trust me. There is no SMM offering you real and organic traffic.
It is everything about Bots and poor or good proxies. Maybe you get lucky sometimes,
but it's probably just the fake traffic that smh works with your videos.
Pro Tip:
Run Ads through Facebook (Meta) on Instagram and Facebook.
Make an interesting Advertising Video for it with CTA on it. (OUT NOW, WATCH NOW...)
Now for the Link, drop in your Video and choose "SEE MORE" or some of the given options.
The traffic and age is actually easy to pick. Stay calm and see what people really consume,
what do you consume? Do you know similar brands, organizations, products or whatever?
If so, these are your keywords!
