Rating system is broken and is being abused. Needs to be fixed.

Ever since I can remember we have had this bug; A thread can be rated only ONE time and if anyone ELSE tries to rate the thread afterwards they will get the error "You've already rated this thread".

To Demonstrate this I will rate this thread 5 stars. Attempt to rate this thread and you will find yourself unable to, receiving the "you've already rated this thread error"

How is this being abused? Look at the buy, sell, trade section. Almost all of the sellers have caught on to this and IMMEDIATELY upon publishing their threads they are rating it FIVE STARS. No matter how shit their service or product is we cannot warn others by rating it low because the product owners have already rated it 5 stars. If you check the BTS section almost every single thread there is 5 stars... Give me a break.

I think this is an important issue that needs fixing because at the moment it is being abused, particularly in the BST section.

I know you are right, but I must admit I've become a bit blind to this and don't even look at the rating of a thread, but always the title and mouseover snippet before opening..
