Rating and Posting bot

I need a bot able to:

1) Massivelly vote on Goldpoll.com (see sample vote page here http://www.goldpoll.com/details/7968/)

2) Massively post comments on Talkgold.com


Required features for votes:

Be able to load a list of proxies so each vote will come from a different ip address.
Be able to load a list of emails so each vote will come from a different email address.
Be able to load a list of comments so each vote will have a different comment.
Be able to load a list of urls where the bot will vote.
an option to choose the vote (Very Good, Good, Bad, Very Bad, alternate betwen Very Good ans Good, alternate betwen Bad and

Very Bad)
Be able to load a list of username/passwords for the sites that requires to be logged in for voting.
Must be fast: at least 500 votes per day, on each site.

Be able to load a list of comments so each user will post different comments.
Be able to load a list of urls where the bot will post comments.
