almost kind of looks like a painting. Design looks good I would agree with the above maybe try a different font.

But there is something missing.

The names kinda muddled, but the logo it's self is great.

I'de maybe use a blue and green earth, and a bolder text.

It is fascinating , how people make great graphics , but when it come to fonts they go in wrong direction . Remember this , people see bad things first , so this font litterally blown away this great graphic.

You have tried well but its not up to the mark. Try to use different angles for the icon and may be for the fonts to pop a bit more.

The name itself isn't inspiring at all. But the logo can definitely be improved though it meets the benchmark of an "alright" design.
