Rate this document I wrote for a client explaining everything that I'll need to do

Aight so basically I got off a call with a client yesterday and he said that I should write him a email explaining him everything to know if he will move forward with it, and this is what I wrote

Ignore the many grammar mistakes, Imma fix them later but now I just wanna get this reviewed

If you are sending this Doc. Everything is good from the perspective what client needs to know. Use a good font.

Also Give example urls like in citations help him understand what it is by showing him.

Same with guest post.

Yeah, truck loads of grammar related mistakes, but we ignore that, as you'll "fix" it.
I just wanna get this reviewed
What is there to "review" ? Only you can review it, because only you know what you can actually deliver. This thread (main post) raises a flag, for sure !!!

if those are the things you intend to do on their site I see nothing wrong with them. The only thing that bothers me (and which I would not do) is guarantee #1 rankings. That's not an easy guarantee to make... and for such little money. Google can decide to tank any site, at any time, for any legit or made up reason. So, I would definitely not guarantee #1 rankings.

But otherwise it looks good

EDIT: one caution if I may: if you're going to deliver a backlinks report to any of your clients, please don't create the report in any google-owned product or service. These fuckers read, scan, log, track, record and analyze everything (even your soul, breath, DNA and poop), despite of their official or unofficial policies and despite of any laws. They have too much power to abide by their own rules, and if you're going to send backlinks reports in google docs you'll doom your clients' sites

By review I mean if what I'm saying is correct and ain't bullshitting anything, I'm still new to SEO and that's why I needed it

Only you can know that !!! You have mentioned (for example), you can do services A and B and C and D and E. Only you know if you can actually deliver (or get done) these services A and B and C and D and E. Therefore, only you can know whether it "ain't bullshitting anything" (only you know what you can actually deliver).
