So I did this for someone.
He wanted Mojang style character + had to look like him
Cannot post his image for privacy

rate please and where can I improve

Its kind of impossible to rate when we cant see the who its supposed to look like lol. Ask him directly - im sure he'll tell you what improvements he would like
 
I'll give 6 out of 10. There is a need of improvement at eyes and lips section, colour scheme should also be improve.
 
It looks like a drawing drawn by an immature person on Paint that is available on window. You must have to create a clear and real picture like a camera pic. That will be more effective and elegant.
 
I'd give it a tree, maybe tree fiddy.

for "Mojang style character" part = 9/10
for "had to look like him" part = don't know!
 
Nose shadow is kinda strange...

Eyes have no depth. There is no variance in your line thickness... so, need to work on your line quality. It's really not much of a caricature, just a simple cartoon.

So, rating your "caricature" - I'd give it a 2/10... as a basic cartoon, I'd give it a 4/10. Line quality really makes your work pop.

Also, he's not doing anything nor showing any emotion. It's just a face with a shirt and half arms. No actions, no emotions, just bland. Colors are a bit bland as well. Needs to be more fun.
 
Not sure what to rate....? Whats your pricing anyway, I would like to know.
 
I think it looks pretty clean, but it really depends how much you were paid.
 
It doesn't exerts original effects.
Create good animated pictures that provides some real and 3D effects that can attract people. It's an initial design.
