i think you did a really good job man, icon match the logo it look good!
 
I hope you used a vector program.
It looks quite ok, that glossy thing is not my taste but the idea is good.
 
Simple, slick and to the point. I like it. Maybe you could fool around with diffrent color schemes, but that's about all I can add.
 
Looks very professional. The colors work well together and seem to pop. I really like the hashtag.

Is .co.uk in the logo necessary? It is making the logo little bigger than usual.

I like the icon, colors, and font. The only edit I would do is space a little the letters so hashtag reads better. Good job!

These both are well-designed logo and icon.
But you don't think there must be some twinkling and shining effect that attract the people. You can see the logo of BHW to get inspired.
 
5 out of 10 because you can create more creative and attractive by choosing other color options.
 
These both are too much simple.
I think you have to work hard for having a unique and attractive logo.
