Rate my link building strategy

Hi guys, its been a while since i have opened a topic but here it goes.

Short case description:
I made a micro-niche site about a KW with extremely low competition. Partly EMD.
Articles are there and all onsite seo is done. Submitted to google index. The whole site and domain are brand new.

How i am planning to rank:
1# Buy 2 guest posts from reasonable DA+PA blogs in my niche
2# Buy some web 2.0's pointing to those guest posts
3# Buy some link blasting or pyramid/wheel/whatever pointing to those web 2.0's
4# Submit everything to premium ping services
5# ???
6# Profit

Rate my strategy?
I have been out of the SEO world for a while.. Am i missing any key aspects or is there anything i should do differently? Perhaps link guestpost 1 to guest post 2 instead of both to my homepage? It's a brand new site and i don't want to screw things up too quickly and penalize it..

Seems ok. I would send the web 2.0s directly to the money site tho.
 
So only 2 tier 1 links? That won't help much. Get those web 2.0s directly to site as asap suggested.
You can do 50 2.0s < 1000 20.s < spam

Are fiverr 2.0's worth anything or shall I be making such myself?

Cool thanks. Are social signals worth anything these days or angela profile links?
 
I would get the web 2.0s from the BHW marketplace.
 
Please don't go to fiverr.
Also try press release and social shares. That's good too.

Does anybody know if i can start offpage seo to a brand new site right away? Or shall i wait a bit..
 
What if the owner of your Tier 1 delete your guest posts when he realise you spam his website?
 
How about having press releases?
Then Authority links? and then going with rest you've mentioned :D
 
If this is a brand new site, build up content, lots of it, before you do link building.

I do not want to hurt his site thats why i stated to point 2.0's to his post and then spam the 2.0's as a layer of protection..

I believe press releases are quite expensive, no? This is just a small Adsense niche-site not sure if worth it.
 
If I am buying web 2.0s, I now go to SEO clerks and post a job, I offer $2.
I supply the pictures, the logo, and usually the content(between 5-10 posts, all interlinked, with links back to my site added where appropriate, and links to other authority sites.
Sure at that point I could do it myself, but then I have to deal with proxies and all that. I have found this to be easier.
These give me nice, real looking web2.0s, as backlinks, then I'll collect the addresses and give them a blast of cheap web2.0s and some GSA, throughout the pages, and it all trickles down to the main post with my link.
 
if you are buying link from fiverr or service that publicly available, better dont point to money site.

get some aged domain and build PNB as tier one, then buy links point to the PNB

yes they worth, but be really carefull with QUANTITY!!! because you will get penalized really fast.
The best aboumt of web 2.0 profiles is up to 100 per month NO MORE!
 
I'd say you need more high quality posts and social signals before you do any type of backlinking to the money site.
 
When talk about link building quality is always more important than quantity.
And nowadays it is hard to get reliable and HQ backlinks from others for ordinary personal websites.
So I give 2 suggestions:
1. Buy about 6 to 10 domains with history and DA/PR and revise them to your niche. Use them as content sites to keep boosting your money site with original contents with backlinks.
2. Build social signals.
 
that's too general for today seo. you need a lot of high quality pbns at least
