Its not bad but not that good either, also buy a propper domain instead of using .tk

is it good to have the locker right after you hit claim now? or should it be immediately when you get to the page

You should lock the page before people are able to submit the form. If you don't, why would someone complete your offer? What's the incent?

Use WP profit builder or Thrive landing page.

It's instant and easy to build by drag & drop and gets you way better result than this....

Make sure the logo is in better picture size(dpi) as it looks abit grainy.

Dont ever use a .tk. Once you get a few visitors they just take the domain away from you and put their own ads on there and you lose all your traffic, work and sales. They are a scam and you never own the domain. All those links you put out will just end up as money in their pockets. Dont even bother try and contact them to get it back.

I agree with others who have said the locker should be right away. Or at the very least move your submit form to the top - people probably arent going to scroll down to look for it.

when you rip landing page remove that from source code

Why don't you put a form in the first screen?
you have not much content and you can put everything in one screen, so you users don't need to scroll to much. That should increase CR
