I think you are better off using the skills that you have, make the site (if it's economically viable), then hire someone with strong English skills to proofread and edit the site before sending it "live". Note this person should also be intelligent, as dumb parrots can speak English, even if they can't understand a word of it.
The alternative is to either go with the skills you have, or spend time perfecting those skills. You get paid by putting up profitable sites. It is not an unreasonable expense to have someone proof a site that is in another language.
Personally, I believe many non-Americans lose significant opportunity because they fail to present themselves, their company, their products and services in a professional manner. Failing to do this creates the impression that either you are sloppy, unprepared, and unaware of your own deficiencies (otherwise why did you not fix them), or you are arrogant and lack respect for the language of the people whose business you are attempting to solicit.
You english in this post seems adequate. The personal pronoun "I" is always capitalized. I think people that are communicating in a language that is not native to then are always going to make mistakes, it's just a question of how often. A good Editor shoudl take care of all of that for you.
