Can you guys do me a favor and rate my english please? I'm asking because english isn't my native language, i'm from germany. I was thinking about creating a site in english, but i'm unsure if my english is good enough and i don't want to make myself look ridiculous. I don't know, but i've always got a feeling that my grammar is totally wrong. Am i right?
Don't hesitate to give me a straight and honest answer please. Thanks!

As far as I'm concerned, everything you just wrote was excellent! Go ahead and create your site, then get a member here to review the content. But yeah, seems pretty good.

I think you are better off using the skills that you have, make the site (if it's economically viable), then hire someone with strong English skills to proofread and edit the site before sending it "live". Note this person should also be intelligent, as dumb parrots can speak English, even if they can't understand a word of it.

The alternative is to either go with the skills you have, or spend time perfecting those skills. You get paid by putting up profitable sites. It is not an unreasonable expense to have someone proof a site that is in another language.

Personally, I believe many non-Americans lose significant opportunity because they fail to present themselves, their company, their products and services in a professional manner. Failing to do this creates the impression that either you are sloppy, unprepared, and unaware of your own deficiencies (otherwise why did you not fix them), or you are arrogant and lack respect for the language of the people whose business you are attempting to solicit.

You english in this post seems adequate. The personal pronoun "I" is always capitalized. I think people that are communicating in a language that is not native to then are always going to make mistakes, it's just a question of how often. A good Editor shoudl take care of all of that for you.

You have to capitalize 'I'; other than that, I don't see any problems.

Judging by what you just wrote, you write fluently in English. :)

Extremely good. Cap your I and your E in English and you're damn near perfect. Very believable.

sounds good

keep watching Knight Rider and you'll be fine
