I have this one year old domain that i'm not going to use.

I'm pretty aware of his potential so if anyone want to grab it here before i sell it at some other place take your shot.

Because there is ppl who are typing it in google.

Without any effort you can get at least 200 visitors a day just with few content.

Doubt it. Try using [exact] keyword, not broad and see how much you get then.

Hey guys, I got a pretty rare domain with 506,000,000 searches per month. I just checked it in googles keyword tool. I know its pretty rare and valuable.

Well technically it IS rare cos there is only one domain out of the millions that has that exact name so OP is not lying...
