No. The encryption system is clever and the encrypted data actually relies on the password, it's not just sitting somewhere in plain view in the file. The only known method is bruteforcing as far as I am aware.

Unlike zip passwords, rar passwords are way more time consuming. You may be out of luck if the password is greater than 8 characters. Unless you find someone with GPU nodes, try one of the crackers out there for an hour if you ain't lucky, don't bother anymore.

IF the password is complex characters (letters, numbers, symbols) and over 8 char. Don't even bother it will take days at a minimum and if it's any longer it could take months or more. I've yet to hear of any exploits for cracking the encryption. If you have an absurdly fast computer than you might have a chance otherwise it most likely will not be worth the time. Now, I assume your trying to open up a file with a cracked program or something as this I feel is the most common use of RAR password cracking so if it is just goto another site and look for the crack. If this isn't the case then you just may be out of luck.

here is what you should do... go to new*servers.com and sign up for their hosting services. they provide instant access to dedicated servers. Get 3 of their highest powered servers (8 cores).. then in your account options with them enable load balancing. then follow that tutorial i linked to get the cracker running on one of the servers. Cost will be cheap for the servers since they charge by the hour and with 24 intel cores cracking it should take no time to crack if the password isnt too bad.

the reviews for that tool dont look so good but same principal applies to any cracker. that site also has windows servers btw.
