I opened a thread a few months ago how NEAT (Fintech company from Hong Kong) got acquired by Rapyd, a company from Israel. NEAT was pretty solid and I had my business bank account with them. Never had any problems with them, but then Rapyd took over and things got far worse.
How so?
They went from $0 monthly fees to $99 monthly fees, which I found extremely ridiculous. How do you even justify to your existing users to go from $0 to $99? I mean, wtf?
Now you might think: "Ok, they went to $99 per month, maybe they added some amazing features or improved the service?!"
No, absolutely not. They removed several key features, for example local bank transfers from USD to USD account.
Their whole dashboard is rarely functional and missing important basic functions, for example to export/download card transactions. I basically have to copy paste them into an excel file by myself? Wtf?
Then I tried to transfer money to my new HK bank account and guess what? its not working. Gives me an error all the time....I could list a few more things....
but one more thing I am going to say: Google AdMob sent me a payout on 21th April....guess when I received the money? Yesterday. I took them almost three weeks to get the money? Wtf? I even had to open two support tickets.
I seriously thought they stole the money after reading the trustpilot reviews:

I find it extremely crazy how they are obviously making fake reviews. All these 5 star reviews you see there which are made within the last few weeks are all fake....while the 1 star reviews are ON POINT and also my own experience with them. I didn't make any trustpilot review tho.
If you think about using them....think twice...it is an absolute joke of a company
