rapid indexer scrapebox for index articles and web2.0 blogs

Hello,

I have download a list of 54k for rapid index scrapebox.

Can I use this for tier 1 backlinks. web2.0 and articles? Or better only for tier2 and tier3?

You can use on all but they dont do much to index links. Get an indexing service.

rapid indexer submits links to whois and statistic sites, most of them don't support deep links, so you can't use them for tier 2 and 3. Better get an indexing service.
Besides that links from whois and statistic sites are useless for tier1
