[Ranting] What do they smoke over at PayPal?

For almost 2 months, I've been trying to verify my account. I'm having issue with my proof of address because I can't do any of the options they have listed there. Bills aren't on my name etc. They take a million days to reply to the e-mail and when they finally do reply, it doesn't make any sense. So they asked me to verify my account by downloading the AU post forms from resolution center and going to their nearest branch and have them verify my address. So I asked them to e-mail me the forms instead as I can't find them in the resolution center and they replied me with this:

"As you have indicated that you are no longer residing in Australia and that you have no further valid proof of Australian address documentation - we require a mailed copy of your certified passport sent using the instructions listed below. Upon receipt of the documentation, this account will be closed and the funds in the balance will be transferred to the bank account with your Australian PayPal account."

I did not even remotely hint to them that I am no longer residing in Australia in any of my e-mails. If PayPal wasn't used as a primary (and only method) of payment to sellers on this forum, I would not even bother using it.
