[Rant] Who's running the show at MediaTraffic?

My account managers at MT are attending AD Tech New York so my new campaigns have been sitting 'pending' for 2 days straight. I even contacted their general support staff and still no action on my stuff. C'mon, gimme a break!

Anyone else experiencing this?

Yeah it took 2 days for them to debit my paypal transfer...

Maybe they should hire some more employees...
