Mate i think you have miss understood. @Aquaticgamer said he want to increase his ranking in black hat world by increasing post count. You can see your ranking status under your nick.
If you are talking about how to rank your website for low keyword competition. Then you should do SEO, learn basics of SEO follow a method you feel good. Use search option to find whatever you want.

I think its based on number of REP's and thanks you receive. But not sure. Why you care about this.
In my option there is no + point lifting your BHW rank count. If your post is useful people start loving you.
