Ranks Steadily Decreasing in Google while Increasing in MSN?

Ok, this has been confusing me for a bit so I thought I would get some advice/opinions.

I have a handful of sites (all unrelated to each other) which are starting to drop in search results on Google, while at the same time their MSN rankings are increasing.

It started off with one site which Google ranked at #4 dropping to #50 and then to off the charts 30 days later for it's main keyword. Initially I thought no big deal, sites do this so I continued building links. Now my other sites are starting to do the same thing and the first site has yet to recover any of it's previous rankings in mid July.

My linking strategy is getting 90% of links from 3+ PR do-follow blog comments. I'm leaving manual and relevant comments but am using the keyword as my name to link back to my site.

So what is anyone's opinion on what's going on? Am I just being impatient waiting for Google to update the site rankings? Am I doing something wrong because my other sites are starting to decrease in ranking like the first site? What would you do?

While there is nothing wrong with using blog comments you really should never have 90% of your links being the same type. Your really need to mix it up a bit. Get some article links, bookmarks etc instead of most all your links the same.

The reason I don't add article and/or book mark links now is because when i originally started (last January) the first thing i did was add article and bookmark links to all my sites because i didn't know how to find ******** blogs to comment on. I haven't really added a new bookmark or article link since the Panda update because at that time I already had like at least 3 links from all the major article directories and didn't want to overdo anything.

So should I continue to get backlinks from article directories and bookmark sites which are already linking to my sites?

the bookmark links work great after the panda.try them.

I had several MNS that were ranked in the top 3 in google until recently. I was using a variety of methods (linkwheel, Angela's) to build backlinks. A few of those sites have dropped way down on google's search results but they all remain at #1 - 2 on Yahoo and Bing. I haven't tried using xrumer yet but plan to try it out and see if that helps to bring them back up in google.
