Ranks Dropping but Traffic Increasing

My traffic is close to 95% organic from google. Recently it seems my rankings for my main keywords are dropping but my traffic is increasing. Does google use different algo's for different parts of the world? My US traffic has dropped a bit but global traffic is what is increasing. Anyone else have a situation like this?

Yes, google will display different sites in different parts of the world. Look at the keywords that you're getting traffic from. It could be that you dropped a few places, but the search volume for that keyword is increasing.
