Been having problems dropping a few spots and some just being stuck for weeks. Some keywords even dropped a few pages. Even though I have been building links non stop and buying links for those links.
Your site suddenly drop ranking means, you have to check out all of those things which i mentioned below:
1. Internal linking
2. your site speed
3. links, but not to the page that dropped in rankings
4. web page updation
5. click-through rate
6. social shares
Had some very minor drops across the board today, like 1-2 spots. I added some new content so it's probably going to go back up... some people on SER have mentioned penguin, but I don't really think so at the moment.
Over the last few days, I've had a few long established first page keywords disappear out of the top hundred and then re-appear in their original position the next day or so. Not really sure what's going on.
The common cause of significant ranking drops are due to the spammy backlinks, so check for that.
Spammy backlinks include some tactics
Reciprocal linking
paid links
site wide links
Links from low quality
Overuse of keyword.
Competition - Website changes position due to the amount of competing sites that surface over time.
Insufficient content - Make your content with some quality. If your content quality losts your ranking may gets down.
Irrelevant content - And also check the contents that you are given for your niche is releated or not. Make sure about the content that are relevant to your niche.
Everything looks good on my side. Check your site via GWT who know's you got a warning from google about what happened. Otherwise it could be just dancing.
Make sure that you dont have content with 'stuffed keywords' . If the content seems fine to you, try adding videos or images that can you can use to generate traffic from social networks. It is one of the fastest ways to increase your ranking
