    I am performing all the desire work for my site but i am not able to see any improvement in my site ranking.Any suggestion which is helpful to increasing my site ranking.

    Perhaps you have to look for a software that can increase the website ranking. Maybe there are products like these on the Internet that you can check out.

    Well your post tells nothing of your situation, actually..

    Things you need to consider are: the keyword you're trying to rank for, the search volume and competition for that page, your onpage optimization and your backlinking profile..

    Please provide some more details?

    If I hire somebody, who knows keyword density, seo stuffs then what would be the average cost for 350-500words per month?

    A 500 word article can cost you anywhere from $4 to $12 (well, it can be more, but generally speaking that's the price range) depending on the quality you're looking for and the subject (highly technical topics tend to cost more)

    Make good content (try minumum 1 article per day), buy social media blasts and make articles for directories. And use G +1

    I think you need to review the keywords you're optimizing for your website. They probably don't have enough search volume to drive sufficient traffic to your site.
