If I get many clicks on a video for example from Russia but content targeting US auditory will this only hurt my video? Or ranking will improve only in Russia or it will improve overall ranking?

It's better if the audience is from the US, but it won't hurt you

Could be wrong but have heard at times it will improve Russian content targeting and hurt US targeting. Hard to say

You need USA viewers for USA ranking
